Roberto Hernandez

CEO & AIAs

A graduate from Cal Poly Pomona, CA University with a BA in Architecture, Mr. Hernandez has been involved in houses, tenant improvements and drafting (AutoCAD & Revit) and has worked under registered architects. With experience in flat lots, steep hillsides, good soil, hard rock, frame homes, complex ultramodern block, steel structures, grocery stores, and restaurants, Mr. Hernandez has worked in the past for large builders in both Arizona and California in executive roles and has completed the Project Management Certificate Program is part of the Alliance for Construction Excellence (ACE) at the Del E. Webb School of Construction from ASU in 2008.

Roy Noggle

Architect

Roy Noggle is a University of Arizona graduate with over 52 years of experience designing commercial and residential structures with CAD software to give clients a fully realized concept of their ideas. Mr. Noggle is the recipient of a variety of awards including the 2009 Historic Preservation Certificate from The Tucson Pima County Historical Commission, the 1983 Citation Award from the Arizona Society of the American Institute of Architects, as well as a variety of other Tucson City Mayor’s Copper Letters for Community Service. As founder and partner of Noggle McCarthy Architects AIA, Inc. Mr. Noggle has over 20 years of experience handling all phases of office building, governmental, institutional, and space planning projects.

Roberto Vargas

General Contractor

Mr. Vargas has provided leadership and overall management control as the director of Construction Operations Draft Your Dreams, LLC. Team and has been responsible for projects in the both private and public sectors. Robert Vargas is involved in every DYD project and maintains a hands-on involvement and responsibility for all construction operations through project completion. He has 20 years experience with Construction and specializes in design-build projects. He personally supervises the selection of sub trades, solving construction issues, estimating, and quality control on projects. He is a licensed contractor for Commercial and Residential projects ranging from $200,000 to $10 million.

Beatriz Castro

Office Manager

Beatriz Castro joined Draft Your Dreams, LLC as an Administrative Assistant. She is highly motivated, results driven, and has a wide range of experience. She has assisted with filing for permits, helping with payroll, event coordinator, customer service and researching topics for Mr. Hernandez for the past 3 years.
